- is a fun, reliable, passionate and encouraging sports experience for boys and girls.
- provides first class, organized and detailed sports programming in basketball, flag football and cheerleading.
- includes an evaluation system that promotes equal and competitive teams as well as a substitution system which allows for equal playing time for all participants.
- exposes children to quality coaching and the sports' skills development.
- emphasizes character and integrity, promoting self-esteem, rather than a "win at all costs" mentality.
- Upward Sports teams have one weekday evening practice, and one weekend game.
Upward Basketball season runs December through February. Boys & Girls, Grades K - 7. Registration opens in September. Evaluation Day takes place in October.
