•While we will do everything While we will do everything we can to help you find a place to serve with the gifts God has given you, we
make no guarantees about where you might end up serving. Your involvement depends both on your being
qualified to serve (which is why we have a simple evaluation process), and on our current ministry needs.

•To that end, know that there are numerous opportunities to serve in music ministry here at Fairview Village, and
they don’t all require the same level of qualifications or commitment. Again, we’ll do everything we can to
mobilize you to serve somewhere so that you can bless others and grow in your relationship with Christ.

•This is not a paid position; those who serve in the music ministry at Fairview Village are volunteers. That doesn’t mean we don’t give it just as much value and dedication. We expect our worship teams to be punctual, prepared and give their best to serve the God we love and who loves us.
