WORSHIP ARTS MINISTRY

The mission of the Worship Arts Ministry is to facilitate Spirit-led worship by helping to connect people with God...leading with skill, passion and humility.

Our core values are:

Authenticity: This is our main value for everything we do here. Our worship is empty without a passionate love for Christ, His kingdom and His people.

Quality: God is the giver of our gifts. He truly deserves our best. We work hard during rehearsals and worship with passion during the Celebrations.

Relevance: We try to communicate in a relevant way both to people attending worship, and to God. The sound of our instruments and the look of our stage intentionally change. Music styles may change, but our hearts stay focused on Christ.

Respect: We value the others in our ministry and we strive to work as a Christ-like team. Therefore we respect each others time. We are punctual and prepared both for rehearsals and Sunday worship. We are courteous and do not react quickly or harshly. We understand we're all different, and we embrace individuality.

CONTEMPORARY CELEBRATION PRAISE TEAM (BAND)

Members of the Contemporary Celebration Band are auditioned & should be proficient in their instrument. The ability to read chord charts or musical scores is a requirement. Members commit to rehearsing & serving in worship services on a regular basis & are expected to lead pure, obedient lives, be team players & worshipers in their daily lives. Band members are expected to commit approx. 8 hours each week that they are scheduled. This includes Wednesday evening rehearsal (7-9pm), personal practice and preparation time and weekend services. Members are expected to be punctual and prepared for rehearsals and worship services. We respect the ministry we are called to, and we also respect those who serve with us.

CONTEMPORARY CELEBRATION PRAISE TEAM (SINGERS)
Members of the Praise Team are auditioned & should have strong ability to maintain pitch, blend with others & have a worship leader's heart. Members commit to rehearsing & serving in worship services on a regular basis & are expected to lead pure, obedient lives, to be leaders in the church & their community, be team players & worshipers in their daily lives. Members are expected to be punctual and prepared for rehearsals and worship services. We respect the ministry we are called to, and we also respect those who serve with us.

BLENDED CELEBRATION PRAISE CHOIR
There is no audition required to be a part of the Praise Choir, but an ability to maintain pitch, blend in a section & have a worshiper's heart are all essentials. Members of the choir need to commit to attending rehearsals & the services involved. Choir members are expected to lead pure, obedient lives, be team players & worshipers in their daily lives. Members are expected to be punctual and prepared for rehearsals and worship services. We respect the ministry we are called to, and we also respect those who serve with us. BLENDED CELEBRATION PRAISE SINGERS

Members of the Classic Celebration Praise Team are auditioned & should have strong ability to maintain pitch, blend with others & have a worship leader's heart. Members commit to rehearsing & serving in worship services on a regular basis & are expected to lead pure, obedient lives, to be leaders in the church & their community, be team players & worshipers in their daily lives. Members are expected to be punctual and prepared for rehearsals and worship services. We respect the ministry we are called to, and we also respect those who serve with us.

TECHNICAL MINISTRIES

Members of the Tech Team handle the technical support for all church services & special events. Those who serve in this ministry have a heart to work with other people behind the scenes, knowing that their efforts have made some aspect of the Worship Services operate more efficiently. The Production Ministries include:
