Connect calls us to lock our arms and hearts together as we journey through life. God created us to live in community. When we live connected, we reflect God in His fullness. This is an inviting and welcoming reflection to the world around us. Though we connect in the café, seminars, coffee house, etc., we make a special connection in connect groups. We are people who understand God’s purpose in connecting so we connect and help others to do so.
Connect Groups are the place where you can connect with others. They are the best way to make a “big church” feel “smaller”. We believe those that participate in Groups not only feel a connection with others in their group, but more of a connection with their faith, with the church, and with God.
Connect Groups run three semesters a year:
Fall - September-October-November. Sign-ups take place in August.
Winter/Spring - February-March-April. Sign-ups take place in January.
Summer - June-July-August. Sign-ups take place in May.
WHERE DO I START?
The Connect Groups Catalog captures the essence of how we connect in the Village. It is a great collection of all the various groups meeting, sharing, and working together in service. Everything from growing in God’s Word to sharing hobbies or interests, to learning a new skill, to community service projects… if you are looking for something, we bet you will find it here! Some of the groups are new; some have been around for a while. Some are in a classroom setting; some are in people’s homes...However you look at it, we believe there is something for everyone here!
