Bryan Heil, Executive Assistant Pastor

Bryan and Linda Heil served as missionaries for 17 years (1990-2007) with the Church of the Nazarene.  Their service included Papua New Guinea, Paraguay and several islands of the Caribbean. 

Bryan received his Bachelor of Religion at Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and his Master of Divinity at Nazarene Seminary in Kansas City.  Linda received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the University of Akron.  Bryan served as professor, Bible college principal, and District Superintendent in Papua New Guinea , District Superintendent, professor  and pastor in Paraguay and  Spanish Field coordinator, Jesus Film Coordinator and Evangelism Coordinator for the Caribbean region.    Linda taught literacy classes and basic Bible courses to women in Papua New Guinea, headed up women’s and children’s ministries in Paraguay and served as secretary and editor of the regional magazine for the Caribbean Region.   Bryan joined the staff at Fairview Village as executive pastor in January, 2008.

The Heils have two children (Rachel -22 and Jordan-20) who attend Mt. Vernon Nazarene University in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. 

In his free time, Bryan loves to explore in the countryside surrounding Fairview Village with Linda.  He also loves to relax with a good novel, or to read books that feed his spirit, like C. S. Lewis, Donald Miller, or Philip Yancey.
